2026-04: TalerBarr is now available to everyone

TalerBarr is now available to everyone. The Free Software module integrates GNU Taler with Dolibarr ERP & CRM and now supports all major features needed for practical deployments, including inventory management, payments, refunds, and reconciliations.
Documentation is available at docs.talerbarr.potuzhnyi.com. Tutorials for working with Talerbarr are also available on the GNU Taler tutorials website.
