Publishing a small bug-fix release with the following patches:
- Relax version-constraint on gem
wdmin Gemfile created byjekyll new. - Patch
Jekyll::Drops::ThemeDrop#rootto render absolute path to theme-gem only ifJEKYLL_ENVis explicitly set to stringdevelopment.
