As a Team Owner, to change your team plan:
Go to Usage & billing Plan details.
Select the Change team plan button and choose and confirm your new plan.

When you upgrade to a Credit-based pricing plan from a Legacy pricing plan, your new plan takes effect in different ways depending on which plan you are moving from. You can learn more in the Netlify Usage & billing dashboard.
Section titled “Downgrading pricing plans”
When you downgrade your pricing plan, your new plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
