@zxp19821005, sorry, it looks like I jumped to conclusions too quickly. The file does need to be installed, but it must be processed first because it contains some if-else conditions for Windows compatibility. I haven't figured out a good way to do this yet. If you don’t either, the file is optional, and the program can function without it. Otherwise, please also add something like backup=("etc/${pkgname%-bin}/settings.xml").
