Updating this to build against python3 due to upstream changes that allow it. Let us know if anything goes awry!

Uploaded gitified Compiz PKGBUILDs as per soreau's suggestion. Now, what does this offer compared to the normal 0.8 series? Well, you can get updates for bug fixes a lot quicker with this. Especially when I'm fiddling with the Compiz code upstream and submitting it to the maintainer. For those of you who need those bug fix updates before an official upstream release quickly, this is for you.
