Good timing, I think I accidentally bullied the maintainer of openvox-agent-bin into abandoning the package 😅 thank you for the assistance!
Update: I have published new openvox and openfact packages to the AUR which serve as drop-in replacements for puppet and facter respectively.
Additionally, this package has been updated to hard-depend on openfact and has an updated config for the new gem name.
Ideally all openvox-agent packages should have provides=('puppet') since they are a drop-in replacement, just as this package has provides=('puppetserver'). That way you can use this package with either the original puppet package from the official repos or openvox-agent. At some point in the near future I plan on publishing an openvox-agent package to the AUR (different from the -bin one that exists today) which will have the appropriate provides=() line.
This package requires puppet directly, which means I can't use the openvox replacement: openvox-agent-bin. Not sure if a change needs to be made here or on the aur package for openvox-agent, but figured I'd point this out.

The
openvoxandopenfactpackages are being adopted into the official repos, so they have been removed from the AUR (in case anyone is wondering where they went). This package (openvox-server) will remain in the AUR.
