Bunnie Xo is keeping fans on the edges of their seats amid her divorce from Jelly Roll. A few days after their split became public, the influencer raised eyebrows by posting a video teasing that she has a podcast episode addressing everything coming soon.
Even more interesting? In the Wednesday (June 17) TikTok, Bunnie also sings along to one of her ex’s songs. Filming herself enjoying sushi at a restaurant with her friends, the Dumb Blonde host lip-synchs to a snippet about her from Jelly’s eight-year-old freestyle over G-Eazy’s “No Limit” beat featuring Cardi B and A$AP Rocky.
“My girl super bad, she look like a human Barbie,” Bunnie mouths along to Jelly’s bars, which he came up with in 2018, about two years into their marriage. “I’ve been known to set it off, my b—h bad like Cardi.”
In the caption, Bunnie wrote, “Podcast coming..,” alongside an emoji of a hand making a pinch symbol — as if to say the possibly revealing episode of her Dumb Blonde program will be uploaded in a pinch. She ended the caption with “#jellyandbunnie.”
Billboard has reached out to her rep for comment.
Neither Jelly nor Bunnie have directly commented on their split since TMZ first reported Monday (June 15) that the rapper-turned-country-star had filed for divorce back in May after nearly a decade of marriage. Billboard was able to confirm that papers had been filed, while People reported that Bunnie would continue coparenting her stepchildren, Bailee — over whom she shared primary custody with Jelly — and Noah.
Prior to her Wednesday TikTok, Bunnie had kept things even more cryptic on social media amid the divorce news. Hours before it went public, she shared a photo of herself modeling lingerie on her Story and wrote, “She’s getting her sparkle back.” The podcaster also posted a video of herself singing along to Nickelback’s heartbreak smash “How You Remind Me.”
One person who has spoken out about the breakup is Bailee. In posts on her TikTok Story, the teenager addressed the speculation around her father and stepmother’s split with a message reading, “I am disgusted at how invested everyone is in a very clearly private family matter … Worry bout your house- not mine. I’m not speaking on it – yet.”
