The Oura Ring Is More Than 50% Off for Prime Day

The Oura Ring has become one of the most recognizable pieces of wearable tech on the market — not because it looks like wearable tech, but because it doesn’t. The discreet smart ring, worn by athletes, wellness obsessives and celebrities alike, tracks sleep, activity, stress, heart rate and recovery without the screen, bulk or constant notifications of a smartwatch.

Now, one of the brand’s sleekest models is getting a rare Prime Day markdown. The Oura Ring 4 Ceramic in Tide is on sale for Amazon Prime Day, with select models marked down nearly 50% off their usual $499 price.

Oura Ring Prime Day Deals 2026: 50% Discount

Oura Ring 4

That kind of discount is notable for Oura, whose rings rarely see steep price drops outside major shopping events. The brand’s smart rings are typically positioned as premium health-tracking devices, with prices starting in the hundreds and climbing depending on finish. The Ceramic edition is one of the more design-forward versions of the Oura Ring 4 lineup, making this Prime Day deal especially compelling for anyone who has been waiting to try the viral tracker without paying full price.

The ring tracks more than 50 health and wellness metrics, including sleep stages, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, skin temperature, daytime stress and activity. Instead of overwhelming users with raw data, the Oura app translates those metrics into daily Sleep, Readiness and Activity scores, giving wearers a simpler snapshot of how recovered, rested or strained their body may be.

Sleep tracking is where Oura has built much of its reputation. The ring automatically tracks how long you sleep, how much time you spend in REM, light and deep sleep, and how often you wake up throughout the night. It also monitors temperature trends and heart-rate patterns, which can be useful for spotting changes in recovery, illness, cycle tracking or general fatigue.

The Oura Ring 4 also includes the brand’s AI Advisor, which can help interpret health trends in more conversational terms, and it supports both iOS and Android. Battery life is another selling point: Oura says the Ring 4 can last up to eight days on a single charge, depending on use, making it easier to wear continuously than many wrist-based trackers that need to be charged every night or two.

There’s also a membership cost to factor in. New Oura users get one free month of Oura Membership, after which the subscription costs $5.99 per month. Without the membership, users get a more limited version of the app; the subscription unlocks deeper insights, trends and personalized health data.

Still, the Prime Day discount makes the upfront cost much easier to justify. At full price, the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic is a splurge. On sale for nearly half off, it becomes one of the strongest wearable tech deals of Prime Day — especially for shoppers who want health tracking but don’t want to wear an Apple Watch, Fitbit or Garmin every day.
