BAFTA-winning British actress Molly Windsor has signed with Anonymous Content.

The rising star currently leads Netflix’s psychological thriller series “Unchosen” as a woman living in a strict, isolated religious cult. The 6-part series debuted in April at the top spot on Netflix both in the U.S. and globally, amassing more than 10.4 million views in its first week of release.

Windsor’s first professional acting role came at age of just 11, when she was discovered by Samantha Morton while at her local drama group in Nottingham. Morton would cast her as the lead in her 2009 semi-autobiographical and BAFTA-winning directorial debut, “The Unloved.” Shortly after, Windsor would appear in Jim Loach’s “Oranges and Sunshine” alongside Emily Watson and Hugo Weaving.

But Windsor’s major breakout came in 2017 in the BBC’s hard-hitting miniseries “Three Girls,” written by Nicole Taylor and directed by Philippa Lowthorpe. The drama, about a real-life child sexual exploitation and grooming scandal and the failings of U.K. authorities, was met with widespread acclaim, with Windsor’s performance as a victim singled out. She would go on to win the 2018 BAFTA TV award for best actress.

Further roles would include the films “The Runaways,” playing one of three siblings who go on the run from social services after their father dies, and Claire Oakley’s psychological thriller “Make-Up” in the lead as a young woman on a remote holiday park. Additional credits include the BBC’s adaptation of “War of the Worlds” and Maria Schrader’s critically-acclaimed feature film “She Said,” alongside Carey Mulligan and Zoe Kazan.

In 2017, Windsor was named one of the British Academy’s Breakthrough Brits together with Jessie Buckley and Josh O’Connor.
