Abstract:In this paper we study the Stokes phenomenon of the quantum confluent hypergeometric supersystem, certain meromorphic linear system of ordinary differential equation with a second order pole, associated to the Lie superalgebra $\mathfrak{gl}_{m|n}$. We prove that its Stokes supermatrices satisfy the Yang-Baxter equation, and thus give rise to the quantum supergroup $U_q(\mathfrak{gl}(m|n))$.
