























Senegal’s foreign bonds were among the top performers in emerging markets after the government unveiled plans to reduce its budget deficit from next year.
The West African nation’s dollar bonds due 2033 advanced by 0.5 cent to 53.73 cents on the dollar at 9:29 a.m. in London on Friday, notching their third consecutive daily increase. Notes due 2048 increased 0.4 cent to 52.91 cents on the dollar.
