The report stated that at Guizhou Guineng Investment Co., Ltd.'s Panzhihua Coal Mine, Zhao Qingqiang changed into a work uniform, wore safety equipment, and took the aerial transport device to enter the 10701 fully mechanized mining face, to understand on-site work safety production and the replacement of mining tasks. He reminded the company to always keep safety as the top priority, implement all safety procedures throughout the entire production process and all links, strengthen on-site management, equipment maintenance, and training for frontline workers, and firmly adhere to the principle of "no safety, no production."

On the same day, Long Xing, the Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Shui Cheng District, also guided work safety production at Miluo Coal Mine. The report stated that Long Xing entered the coal mining face to learn in detail about the implementation of safety measures such as gas management, roof support, personnel positioning, and monitoring and surveillance. He emphasized that safety is the greatest benefit, and coal mine enterprises must firmly shoulder their main responsibilities, learn from accident lessons, carry out hazard identification and rectification comprehensively, strengthen emergency rescue drills for various disasters, and enhance safety training for emergency evacuation, organizing production only after ensuring safety.

In Huanggang, Hubei, Liu Ting, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Huangmei County, led a team on May 24th morning to conduct in-depth special supervision and inspection at the underground operation site of Huangmei Longyuan Company, focusing on production safety. According to the company, the inspection team went deep into the underground front line, adhering to comprehensive and no-blind-spot checks, with a focus on detailed inspections of six major systems: underground roof management, ventilation systems, water prevention, monitoring and supervision, emergency broadcasting, and communication links, as well as key aspects such as inclined road hoisting, blasting management, railless vehicle transportation, and dynamic shoring operations on the roof.

In Hegang, Heilongjiang, on May 24th, Han Yang, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Mayor of Xing'an District, went deep into key coal mines in the area to inspect safety hazards, urging coal mine enterprises to implement production safety responsibilities and strengthen the safety defense line of coal mines.

Local media reported that Han Yang and his team went deep into key areas such as the fully mechanized mining face, transport tunnels, and central substation of the coal mine, conducting on-site inspections of support systems, ventilation systems, fire prevention management, and the implementation of control measures for key risk points. On-site, they urged the person in charge of the coal mine enterprises to strictly implement production safety responsibilities, strengthen self-inspections and self-checks in key underground areas and critical links, strictly abide by safety rules and regulations, promptly eliminate various safety hazards, and genuinely shoulder and grasp the responsibility of production safety.

Additionally, on the evening of May 23, Chai Zhe, the县委书记 of Zezhou County in Jinzhong City, arrived at Kunda Coal Mine using the "four non-approach, two direct" method, going deep into the production front underground to supervise and inspect coal mine safety production work.

Addressing the issue of broken roof in the advanced section of the intake roadway, he demanded enhanced support and protection, as well as rigorous safety monitoring. In the dispatching room, Chai Zhe gained a detailed understanding of the coal mine safety regulations and the implementation of various safety production management systems, requiring strengthened on-duty supervision and ensuring safety management runs through all aspects of production and operation.

In Linfen, Shanxi, Wang Linbo, the县委书记 of Fenxi County, and Hu Junbo, the 县委副书记 and 县长, also led teams to deeply enter Shandong Dongtai Jinyuan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. on the evening of May 23 for on-the-ground supervision and inspection of coal mine safety production work.
