Give your team the insight and confidence to work effectively with assessors through Knowledge Training. These courses are designed to help learners speak the same language as the assessor, confidently guide their organization through assessments and any pre-planning, and effectively collaborate alongside the assessor during an assessment. When teams are aligned, assessments run more seamlessly for all involved. 

Knowledge Training closes the knowledge gap by providing individuals with the learning opportunities to complete both the same training and exam taken by the assessors. Upon successful completion, learners will receive an acknowledgement of completion and may opt to receive a digital badge.

Knowledge Training is open to anyone seeking a deeper understanding of our standards and programs. While a Knowledge Training acknowledgment does not qualify individuals to perform PCI SSC-related assessments or services, it does demonstrate a strong working knowledge of a particular standard.
