Kacey Musgraves凭借《Golden Hour》获“年度专辑”；Lady Gaga 五提三中，凭《Joanne》获得“最佳流行歌手”，《Shallow》获“最佳影视歌曲”、“最佳流行组合”奖。
Childish Gambino 的《This Is America》获“年度制作”、“年度歌曲”两项综合类大奖，成为第一支斩获格莱美“年度歌曲”奖的嘻哈歌曲；同时单曲还斩获“最佳说唱/演唱表演”、“最佳音乐录像带”奖项。
