然而我的 app 是可以离线运行的，不需要联网，也没有 server 端，在 Xcode 的项目中也把 networkextension 从 Signing&Capabilities 中删除了。
大家是否遇到过类似情况？不太明白 App store connect 是如何判断是否应该需要 ICP 的。
