QuakeSense ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our QuakeSense mobile application (the "App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the App.
We do not collect any personal information that can be used to identify you individually. The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal details.
With your consent, we collect your approximate location (city level) through the iOS location services API. This information is used solely to provide you with relevant earthquake information for your area.
We collect an anonymous device token provided by Apple Push Notification service (APNs). This token is used to send you push notifications about earthquake events relevant to your location.
To provide earthquake notification functionality, only QuakeSense Pro collects information. Free users will not have any information collected. For Pro users, when earthquake notifications can no longer be successfully delivered to the user's device due to manual deactivation of earthquake notifications or expiration of Pro benefits, the system will automatically delete the corresponding device records.
