I fed what I did this week to an AI, and it helped me finish the weekly report.

The reason is that I have too many and too diverse work tasks. Every time I write a weekly report, I have to go through chat records, emails, and my mind, spending half an hour and feeling very painful.
So I made a desktop tool rbtodo (I posted about it before, this is its upgraded version.), the core logic is very simple:
Usually, just record what you do, supporting text, links, screenshots. Every day, open it to see what you need to do today, check it off when done, and drag unfinished tasks to tomorrow. By Friday, one click exports all records for the week as Markdown, paired with the Prompt I set, and directly give it to any AI, generating the weekly report in seconds. I just make a few adjustments and send it out.
All data is stored locally, not in the cloud, so sensitive company content can also be recorded with peace of mind.
is not officially released yet. I wanted to ask everyone first: Do you find it painful to write weekly reports? Do you have similar needs?
I've created an introductory page. Those interested can check it out: https://rbtodo.cornradio.org/
If you find it useful, you can leave an email address, and we'll notify you as soon as it's launched:[https://forms.gle/yPdv3N7tNS9zgqFRA]
