每次登录都会提示80048820错误，但msn软件的错误提示是代理或防火墙设置的问题，但该检查的错误都检查了，还是无法解决问题，于是上网搜索，最后终于解决了问题 G襮?w??
本人先在这儿作申明:我处理办法是,从添加/删除 程序中删除MSN,删除相关数据(C:\Documents and Settings\[用户名]\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger 下会为每个登录过MSN Messenger的用户创建一个文件夹，把该文件夹删除。（其中的用户名是指你登陆操作系统的用户名）),然后从网站重新下载新版MSN程序,重新安装.就可以解决了!

大致说的是这个问题是因为系统时间错误导致，如果修改系统时间后问题还未解决，则运行http://www.msn-problems.com/downloads/register-messenger-dll-files.bat 文件，确认DLL文件注册信息是否丢失或者msn运行需要的文件缺失。 ?J鉅Q?

不过我的系统时间是没有问题的，后面又看了一个帖子，觉得应该是自己的dll注册信息丢了，不过文章提供的bat文件现在已经无法下载，狂FT，最后报着试试看的心思把系统时间提前了3天，运行msn，登陆，成功！！！！！ 巖LC?/€p

看来80048820错误没错和系统时间有关，但不是说一定就是你的系统时间有错，另外在一位网友的blog中（http://spaces.msn.com/members/davy-cn/ 游乐者）也有对这个问题的记录： ＺY?? m

80048820错误是MSN7.5的一个BUG,所有删除过MSN Explorer或者调整时间日期的都会出现。
在WINDOWS的"开始"菜单下选择"运行",然后依次键入:
regsvr32 softpub.dll 回车
regsvr32 mssip32.dll 回车
regsvr32 intippki.dll 回车 奉朄4?

本人在处理这个问题时regsvr32 intippki.dll执行结果是“找不到指定的模块”（所以之前也判断自己的问题是dll缺失，不过最后问题竟然还是通过系统时间解决，也是很诡异的事情） ％筕&/ 款R
