The tech manufacturer Xiaomi has officially launched the new Redmi Headphones Neo, an over-ear model designed to balance high-quality audio with an extended battery life.

The device is equipped with 40 mm dynamic drivers designed to deliver a powerful and full-bodied sound. It offers two connectivity modes that change its frequency response:

A major highlight of the Redmi Headphones Neo is its adaptive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which is capable of neutralizing external ambient sounds by up to 42 dB. For voice calls, the headset integrates three built-in microphones featuring automatic noise reduction.
In terms of power, the 600 mAh internal battery charges via USB-C and delivers an impressive 72 hours of continuous playback when the ANC feature is turned off.

Built with a minimalist aesthetic, the headphones are available in two colors: obsidian black and sandwhite. They weigh 263 grams and utilize memory foam ear cushions to ensure comfort during long listening sessions.
The Redmi Headphones Neo have officially debuted in Japan for 7,980 yen (approx. 50 USD). An official release date and local pricing for other global regions have not been confirmed by Xiaomi.
