1. UCAS Essentials

Build a strong foundation in the admissions and progression landscape with our introductory course for new teachers and advisers. Running nationwide from September, UCAS Essentials combines expert guidance, practical tools and the latest sector insights to help you confidently support students through every stage of their journey.
2. Save the date for the UCAS Conference
3-4 February 2027 | Birmingham
Join education leaders, advisers, and practitioners from across the sector at UCAS' annual conference. Explore emerging trends in student progression, hear from expert speakers, share best practice, and discover new approaches to improving student outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to expand your professional network at our evening reception.

3. Join us on 20 October in Middlesbrough
Be part of the next UCAS Schools and Colleges Regional Forum, bringing together teachers, advisers, schools, colleges, and regional partners to explore the latest student progression trends and the support available to help young people make informed post-18 choices.
Through expert insights, UCAS Destinations resources and a provider panel discussion, you'll gain a deeper understanding of current developments, exchange ideas with peers, and discover practical ways to support successful student progression and transition.
4. New monthly updates series
Stay ahead of key deadlines, emerging trends, and important developments with our new virtual updates. Starting in October, UCAS' Ross Sanger will host a live monthly session, sharing the latest sector insights, upcoming priorities, and practical actions to help you plan ahead and support students with confidence throughout the year.
