


























We’re delighted to welcome Edwards Chartered Accountants as a new client of AAG. Based in Walsall, they’re a well-established accountancy firm with a strong reputation and a growing team – and we’re proud to support them with IT that’s built to keep pace with their ambitions.
Edwards Chartered Accountants is a Walsall-based firm providing professional accounting and advisory services to a broad client base. With a team of over 50 users, they operate in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment where reliability and security aren’t optional.
Like many firms in the sector, their technology plays a central role in delivering day-to-day services, from client communications to financial systems.
AAG will provide fully managed IT support, working closely with the Edwards team to improve performance, reliability, and overall user experience.
When we first engaged, it was clear there were some frustrations around IT support that were holding the business back. This included inconsistent communication from their IT support team, a lack of proactive action, and some IT changes that hadn’t delivered the expected value.
Our role is to change that.
We’ll be acting as an extension of their team, bringing a more structured and proactive approach to IT. That includes strengthening their Microsoft 365 environment, improving cyber security through initiatives like security awareness training and Secure Score optimisation, and ensuring their infrastructure is stable, efficient, and fit for purpose.
Just as importantly, we’ll make IT easier for their users, whether their users feel they’re technical or not, we’ll be providing clear, responsive support that actually helps people get their work done.
With AAG’s Birmingham-based support team, Edwards Chartered Accountants will benefit from responsive, knowledgeable support whenever they need it. Speaking on the new partnership, Steven Holden, Director at Edwards said:
