Comparably Awards Image 2025

NETSCOUT is proud to be recognized as a top workplace by Comparably, an employee review platform that ranks more than 70,000 companies on key categories impacting the employee experience.

Comparably’s Best Place to Work Awards is an annual series, announced quarterly, highlighting the best workplaces. The awards are derived from sentiment ratings anonymously provided by employees about their workplaces in multiple categories on Comparably.com during a 12-month period. Winners are then determined based on 20 core culture metrics.

NETSCOUT received a top award in three categories this quarter:

  • Best Company for Compensation measures employee feedback on several factors that contribute to total compensation (pay, raises, bonuses, benefits package, stock/equity, and 401K)
  • Best CEO measures employee feedback and approval ratings for chief executive officers (CEOs)
  • Best Company Culture measures employee feedback in core metrics that contribute to a positive workplace culture (CEO, executive team, manager, career growth, compensation, perks, benefits, work environment, employee net promotion score [eNPS], company outlook, retention, happiness, work-life balance, and so forth)

This is further validation of NETSCOUT’s commitment to cultivating a culture of excellence.

Comparably analyzed more than 15 million anonymous employee ratings on 70,000 companies to determine the latest rankings, with comprehensive data on large and small organizations in nearly 20 workplace categories. Unlike traditional review sites, Comparably utilizes data only from verified, current employees.

Outstanding Team, Winning Technology

NETSCOUT’s leadership team has presented themselves as enthusiastic and supportive toward our employees. Executives represent and implement a “lean but not mean” culture within their teams, proving that you can be nice to your employees while still being successful in business. The culture of authenticity and trust as empowerment have helped the company stand out as a top workplace.

Previously this year, NETSCOUT also won awards through Comparably for Best Company for Diversity and Best Company for Women.  Beyond its workplace recognition, NETSCOUT has earned numerous awards and analyst recognition for its innovative technology and groundbreaking cybersecurity. NETSCOUT solutions provide organizations with end-to-end network and application visibility across all service edges.
