A Quincy man was found dead in Boston Harbor on Wednesday after he set out in a kayak earlier that day, officials said.
First responders pulled the body of Tri Trinh, 72, from the water off of Thompson Island, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office said. Trinh had set out from a Quincy beach earlier in the day, the DA’s office said.
His body was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital — Milton, and the results of his autopsy are pending, according to officials.
“There were no obvious signs of trauma or foul play,” the DA’s office noted.
