Tuesday felt a lot more like July than May across the Boston area. Previous high temperature records for this date in Boston were soundly beaten by Tuesday afternoon’s high of 96.
And, summerlike conditions aren’t quite done for the region.
Here’s what meteorologists are saying about Tuesday’s record heat and when cooler, more seasonable temperatures are expected to return.
