With its brick walls, this garden-level condo looks like it could be in Boston’s South End.
But it’s actually in Brookline, located between two of its popular neighborhoods — Cleveland Circle and Washington Square — in one of those eye-catching brownstones that line the town’s grandest street.
A green neighbor is Jean D. Waldstein Park with a dog park and playing fields. It also has ready access to the MBTA’s Green Line.
The entry door leads directly into the 178-square-foot eat-in kitchen with ceramic tile flooring. To the left is a white refrigerator framed by cabinetry. The gas range and sink are embedded in a long Formica counter. Natural light is provided by a window on the rear wall.

Returning toward the center of the home, the second 6-foot hallway links the one full bathroom, an office, and the second bedroom.
The one full bathroom is directly opposite the office. The 50-square-foot bathroom features a white mosaic tile floor, a single white vanity with white quartz sink, and a shower/bath combination behind a curtain. The backsplash is classic white subway tile.
Next is the secondary bedroom, which is 192 square feet. It, too, has a visually dominant wall of red brick, but differs in its shape — there is a bump-out with a pair of double-hung windows. The floor is carpeted.
