"From a young age, Maddi was known for her fierce independence, determination, and adventurous spirit."

Madison Tesniere. – Brewitt Funeral Home

Madison Danielle Tesniere, also fondly known to many as “Maddi,” age 20, passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2026, in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

She was born on January 1, 2006, in Exeter, New Hampshire, the beloved daughter of Daniel Tesniere and Midheta Camdzic Siljic.

Maddi grew up primarily in Fremont and Raymond, N.H., where she shared her younger years in a busy and loving household with her siblings. She attended Ellis School in Fremont and later graduated from Raymond High School with the Class of 2024.

From a young age, Maddi was known for her fierce independence, determination, and adventurous spirit. She was highly athletic and enjoyed gymnastics at Brentwood Commons, horseback riding in Candia, N.H., and participating in school sports. Beginning with soccer in middle school, she later went on to play volleyball and basketball.

Following high school, Maddi earned her certification as a Med Tech and quickly began building a career caring for others. She worked at several health care facilities, including Pleasant View Center in Concord, Maple Leaf Health Care Center and Hanover Hill Health Care Center in Manchester, Colonial Poplin/Poplin Way in Fremont, and most recently All American Assisted Living in Kingston, N.H. Maddi had a natural gift for caring for both the elderly and children, and her compassion made a lasting impression on those she helped.

Maddi’s infectious smile could light up any room. She was artistically talented and loved drawing, expressing herself through creativity. She also enjoyed riding sport-style motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles, embracing life with energy and excitement. Above all, she treasured time spent with her close friends, especially her dear friend Lily.

Throughout her life, Maddi had a deep love for animals and for many years dreamed of becoming a veterinarian.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Midheta Camdzic Siljic and Sejad Siljic; her father and stepmother, Daniel and Katie Tesniere; her sister and brother-in-law, Lejla and Ramiz Suljkanovic; her brothers, Dylan Chouinard, Jacob Tesniere, and Tarik Siljic; her niece, Alina Suljkanovic; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Brewitt Funeral Home, 2 Epping Street, Raymond, N.H.

A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM at New Pine Grove Cemetery in Raymond, N.H.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Maddi’s memory, honoring her lifelong love of animals, to the New Hampshire SPCA, P.O. Box 196, Stratham, NH 03885, or online at NH SPCA.
