A “beautiful” milk snake was recently found on the loose in Boston’s South End, and now the “unusual visitor” is staying at MSPCA-Angell’s Boston Adoption Center, the organization shared on Facebook Tuesday.
MSPCA-Angell is first looking to find its rightful owner, but if that fails, the non-venomous reptile will go up for adoption.
“Milk snakes have some specific husbandry needs and, as proven here, they’re notorious escape artists,” MSPCA noted, “so do some research if you are interested in adopting!”
