ZTE showcased the latest progress in its "AI+Gaming" strategy at MWC Shanghai 2026, with nubia Neo 5 series taking center stage.

The showcase highlighted the introduction of four new models including nubia Neo 5 GT Special Edition featuring "liquid + air" dual active cooling system, nubia Neo 5 GT MVP Edition, nubia Neo 5 Max - a new 7.5-inch large-screen PadPhone, and nubia Neo 5 Max MVP Edition, accompanied by the NeoVerse ecosystem. ZTE redefines the new paradigm of intelligent living with its full-scenario AI ecosystem

AI continues to drive profound transformation across the terminal industry, and ZTE is committed to creating a smarter and more convenient new paradigm for intelligent living by accurately understanding user needs and comprehensively covering scenarios such as work, study, entertainment and daily life. ZTE showcased a broader portfolio of AI-native devices and connected ecosystem solutions that extend its "AI + gaming" strategy into everyday intelligent scenarios.

Among the highlights was the nubia M153 with Doubao AI Assistant, a true AI-native phone that brings an "autopilot" experience to AI phones, powered by its OS-level Agent capabilities. It is capable of understanding and executing complex user commands in natural language, enabling cross-application task execution. This marks a paradigm shift from "users operating their phones" to "AI autonomously handling tasks for them". Whether booking a restaurant or comparing prices across platforms, a single voice command is all it takes. The phone then autonomously navigates the necessary apps to handle the entire process, from searching and comparing to booking and mapping the route.
