Omnissa named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Employee Experience Management Tools for second consecutive year

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.June 10th, 2026Omnissa®, a leading AI-driven digital work platform company, today announced it has been recognized for the second consecutive year as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Management Tools. Omnissa was also ranked among the three highest scoring vendors across all DEX use cases in the accompanying 2026 Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Digital Employee Experience 

IT teams are facing growing pressure to deliver secure, productive digital experiences across increasingly distributed and complex work environments, and that pressure is only growing as IT environments increase in complexity due to AI sprawl. Many organizations still rely on fragmented tools that provide limited visibility into digital workplace issues, making it impossible to see and quickly remediate friction points or risks like shadow AI at scale.

By using Omnissa’s DEX offering, one global organization gained near real-time visibility into device performance across nearly 10,000 shared frontline devices, reduced IT help desk tickets by approximately 5%, achieved more than $100,000 in annual savings, and accelerated key customer-facing processes to improve the overall customer experience.
