The way organizations manage their digital workspace is undergoing a fundamental shift. For years, IT teams have juggled a fragmented collection of point solutions: for UEM, DEX, and a variety of tools (security, reporting, automation, analytics), in addition to virtual desktops and apps. This resulted in fragmented visibility, integration complexity, higher costs, and IT teams spending more time managing vendors than delivering value to their organization.

The end user computing market is consolidating

Across industries, we are seeing a clear trend: customers are moving away from assembling a patchwork of EUC tools and towards consolidated platforms that unify UEM, digital employee experience, and security under a single architecture with AI woven throughout. The organizations that are winning today are those that have embraced consolidation without compromise, reduced costs and complexity, and improved security and productivity.

At Omnissa, this has been our north star. The Omnissa platform is grounded in three key principles: consolidation without compromise, an open ecosystem, and AI-driven core capabilities throughout the platform. These aren’t aspirational statements. They are the design principles behind every product decision we make.

The journey to the autonomous workspace

Consolidation is the foundation, but the utmost destination is the autonomous workspace – an environment that is self-healing, self-configuring, and self-securing. At Omnissa ONE, we announced the Omnissa AI agentic service. Customers have started leveraging the Omnissa AI agentic service to begin moving to an autonomous workspace, by enabling IT teams to create and consume agentic workflows that can interpret platform signals, translate them into meaningful actions, and orchestrate end-to-end tasks.

Introducing Workspace ONE Platinum and Horizon Platinum

We are excited to announce two new premium-tier offerings that bring together everything organizations need to accelerate their journey to the autonomous workspace: Workspace ONE Platinum and Horizon Platinum. These offerings combine the full depth of our core platform capabilities with our most powerful add-ons, all in a single, streamlined package.

Workspace ONE Platinum includes:

  • All the core capabilities of UEM, managing any endpoint across any OS
  • Complete digital employee experience (DEX) solution with Workspace ONE Experience Management and Workspace ONE Assist for remote support
  • Rugged/specialized device management with Frontline worker add-on
  • Risk scoring, risk-based conditional access with Workspace ONE Risk Analytics
  • Vulnerability management with Workspace ONE Vulnerability Defense (targeted for generally available in August 2026)
  • Advanced multifactor authentication (MFA) with Omnissa Pass Advanced
  • Unlimited Omnissa Freestyle Orchestrator and Omni capacity

Horizon Platinum includes:

Why Platinum?

Workspace ONE Platinum and Horizon Platinum are designed for organizations who are ready to start down the path to an autonomous workspace. These organizations are embracing autonomy and are serious about three things:

  • Consolidating to a single platform – These organizations are sunsetting multiple point solutions to one, integrated platform with Omnissa, reducing management, operations, and support costs
  • Accelerating value – These organizations want to adopt capabilities at their own pace and have access to advanced capabilities without additional procurement cycles, leading to faster adoption
  • Simplifying purchasing and licensing– These organizations are looking to streamline their features and Platinum has one SKU, one price – instead of multiple add-ons making it easier to buy and manage

The road ahead

Omnissa is leading the way towards the autonomous workspace. Platinum lets customers best position themselves to benefit from every advancement we make toward that destination.
