This year’s IDC MarketScape assessments for the UEM market specifically advised technology buyers to look for solutions that support “work-from-anywhere” users across multiple devices, integrate with key enterprise system infrastructure software (SIS) systems, enable modern PC management, and measure and improve the digital employee experience (DEX). The IDC MarketScape also advised buyers to look for solutions that can manage nontraditional devices, like extended reality (XR) headsets, digital signage, interactive kiosks, and more.
