But in today’s mobile-first world, hygiene alone isn’t enough. Attackers are evolving, targeting not just devices but the humans behind them.

  • Communications requesting sensitive personal data (e.g., date of birth, social security number, credit card number, bank account information, passport information, or any number appearing on identity documents) at the application phase.
  • Communications requesting monetary payments at any point in the hiring process.
  • Requests to interview using online chat or social apps (e.g., Google Hangouts or Telegram).
Please be aware that Omnissa:
  • Does not request sensitive personal data from applicants via text/instant message or any other unsecured method.
  • Does not have job opportunities for work-from-home data entry positions.
  • Does not use recruitment or job-sourcing agencies that charge candidates an advance fee of any kind (e.g., placement fees, immigration processing fees, computer equipment/software set-up).
