What are the Omnissa Customer Achievement Awards?

The Omnissa Customer Achievement Awards recognize and honor outstanding customers who have demonstrated innovation, impact, and leadership using Omnissa solutions. These awards shine a light on customers who embody:

  • Visionary: Recognizes a customer who uses our products for an innovative use case or rolled out an innovative solution with the use of our products​
  • Omnissa Platform Trailblazer​: Recognizes a customer who has fully adopted the Omnissa platform by bringing together Workspace ONE, Horizon, Assist, Intelligence, and Experience Management to transform their organization. Their unified approach has delivered meaningful impact across security, IT operations, and employee experience, showcasing the power of a connected digital workspace strategy.

1. What is the Customer Achievement Award Program? 

This program recognizes and celebrates the outstanding achievements of our customers across industries who are transforming digital work—showcasing innovation, impact, and leadership through secure, seamless, and personalized digital workspaces. 

2. Who can submit a nomination? 

Nominations can be submitted by Omnissa customers, partners, or employees.  

3. Who is eligible to be nominated? 

Omnissa customers who have achieved meaningful outcomes with our technology are eligible. See full Terms & Conditions below.

4. Can more than one nomination be submitted for the same company? 

Yes. Just make sure that you submit a separate nomination form for each award category and ensure that each nomination form only includes content specific to that award category. 

5. Are partners eligible for the Omnissa Customer Achievement Awards? 

The Omnissa Customer Achievement Awards are for Omnissa customers only. We encourage partners to nominate their customers.  

6. When is the deadline to submit a nomination?  

The deadline to submit nominations for Omnissa ONE Las Vegas is September 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM (PT). For Omnissa ONE Amsterdam and Omnissa ONE Tokyo, the deadline is September 5, 2025 at 11:59PM PT.

7. Which Omnissa ONE event should I submit my customer award nomination for? 

Omnissa One Las Vegas is our global flagship event, and we welcome nominations from all regions—AMER, EMEA, and APAC. 
Omnissa One Amsterdam is intended specifically for EMEA-based customers. 
Omnissa One Tokyo is reserved for customers based in Japan. 

8. What are the award categories? 

Award categories include:  

  • Visionary
  • Omnissa Platform Trailblazer
  • Employee Experience Hero 

9. What is the selection process? 

A panel of internal stakeholders will review all nominations based on creativity, leadership, transformation complexity, and impact. Finalists and winners will be notified directly on September 15, 2025. 

10. Do winners need to attend Omnissa ONE, and what will they receive? 
Attendance is encouraged but not required. Winning organizations will receive 3 complimentary passes to the Omnissa ONE event they selected in the nomination form, a trophy, a curated Omnissa-branded gift bundle, public recognition, and the opportunity to collaborate on a customer success story. 

11. Will all nominees be contacted? 

Yes, all nominators and nominees for the Las Vegas event will be informed of the status of their submission on September 15, 2025. Notifications for the Amsterdam and Tokyo events will be sent on September 15, 2025.

12. Who can I contact if I have questions?

 13. Are there any restrictions for public sector nominees or participants? 
Yes. If you or your nominee are subject to government ethics rules or public sector procurement policies, please ensure participation in the program does not violate any applicable laws or internal policies. Omnissa does not intend to circumvent any such requirements. If you have questions, we recommend consulting your ethics officer or legal counsel.

14. Will Omnissa use submitted nomination content publicly? 
Nomination content may be used in internal evaluations and external communications, such as winner spotlights, customer success stories, and event promotions. By submitting a nomination, you represent that you have the right to share the content provided and grant Omnissa license to use it for these purposes, subject to the Terms & Conditions.

15. Will nominees be required to sign a release or media consent form? 
Finalists or winners may be asked to sign a media release form to authorize use of their name, likeness, organization, or story in Omnissa marketing materials or press coverage. 

16. What happens if a nominee or organization withdraws after submission? 
If a nominee or nominating organization chooses to withdraw after submission or is unable to accept the award, Omnissa reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 

17. Does participation or selection as a winner imply endorsement of Omnissa products? 
No. Participation in the award program or selection as a winner does not constitute an endorsement of Omnissa or its products. All recognition is based solely on the merits of the submission and customer achievements. 

18. Are there any costs or obligations associated with submitting or accepting an award? 
There is no cost to submit a nomination or to accept an award. Attendance at the event is encouraged but not required, and any travel or lodging expenses not expressly covered by Omnissa are the responsibility of the winner. 

19. Can a nomination be disqualified? 
Yes. Omnissa reserves the right to disqualify any nomination that is incomplete, violates the terms and conditions, contains false information, or appears to violate third-party rights.

2025 Omnissa Customer Achievement Award program terms and conditions

Official Rules – July 15, 2025

  1. Eligibility. To be eligible to participate and receive a prize, as of July 15, 2025, nominees must be existing customers of Omnissa. Officers, directors, and employees of Omnissa, LLC and/or Omnissa International Unlimited Company (“Omnissa”) and their subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their immediate family members and those residing with them, are not eligible to participate or win. Nominees must also not be prohibited from receiving gifts or awards under applicable laws, regulations, or internal employer policies, including but not limited to commercial or public sector ethics rules. Participation constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the 2025 Omnissa Customer Achievement Award Program (the “Program”). The Program is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited or limited by law or where any form or registration, bonding or localization required.

  2. Sponsor: Omnissa, LLC, 590 E. Middlefield Road, Mountain View, CA 94043 or Omnissa International Unlimited Company, Parnell House, Barrack Square, Ballincollig, Cork, P31 TX92, as applicable.

  3. What is the Program? The Program is intended to showcase digital transformations and shared success, strengthen customer loyalty, and inspire others to embark on their own journey and share their story.  Customers, partners, and employees are invited to nominate standout customer organizations transforming the digital employee experience through innovative use of Omnissa’s platform. All nominations must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on August 15, 2025.. Winners will be announced at a regional award ceremony during each Omnissa ONE event, in Las Vegas, United States in September 2025, in Amsterdam, Netherlands in October 2025 and in Tokyo, Japan in November 2025. There will be 3 winners (each in one of 3 categories) per regional event, for a total of 9 winners. 

  4. Prizes. One prize will be awarded for each winner category (as listed on the Program website), each prize including: 

    1. a trophy or plaque to be shipped after the Omnissa ONE regional event,

    2. a prize package to include:

      1. Three (3) Omnissa-branded sweaters; 

      2. Three (3) Omnissa-branded tumblers;

    3. an Omnissa story about your work to be featured on Omnissa.com, blog, and social channels; and 

    4. three (3) complimentary passes to the full Omnissa ONE event.

No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize by winner is permitted. All applicable tax liabilities arising from each prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winners agree to provide Omnissa with their legal name and address, as well as other information requested for tax reporting purposes as applicable. If you are selected as a winner, we may require you to sign a W-9 tax form or similar tax form. Omnissa reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or if, in our sole discretion, we cannot reasonably provide the prize in your jurisdiction. The prize may not be substituted, sold, bartered, or exchanged by the winner. Omnissa is not responsible for any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the prizes. Omni makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding any prize, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification. Winners will be selected on or about September 2, 2025. Eligible nominations will be evaluated by a panel of judges selected by Omnissa (the “Judges”) against clear criteria (the “Judging Criteria”) to identify the most compelling stories of customer success. The nominations that are eligible for a prize, and whose submissions earn the highest overall scores based on the applicable Judging Criteria, will become recommended winners. Winners will be announced at Omnissa ONE and awarded a prize package, including a public relations announcement. Attendance is not required for winners, though onsite winners may be interviewed. Winners are not required to attend in person. Onsite winners may be asked to participate in brief interviews or photography.

  2. Disclaimer, Release and Limitation of Liability. OMNISSA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. BY ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, YOU AGREE TO AND HEREBY DO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS OMNISSA, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES AND EACH SUCH COMPANY’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Participation in the Program constitutes permission for Omni to use the participant’s and winner’s name, likeness, organization, statements, and submitted materials for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

  3. General. Omnissa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Program, or any part of it, and these Official Rules. Omnissa, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any customer organization it finds to be tampering with the Program or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. By accepting a prize, the winner allows Omnissa to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, and prize information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. Participation in the Program constitutes permission for Omnissa to use the participant’s and winner’s name, likeness, organization, statements, and submitted materials for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

  4. Governing Law and Disputes. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THIS PROGRAM ARE GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF (i) THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR WINNERS BASED IN THE UNITED STATES, AND (ii) THE COUNTRY OF IRELAND FOR WINNERS BASED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
