Position Summary
The Site Team Lead is responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the MIC and Warehouse Department. This includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring performance goals are met, driving process improvements, and maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Team Lead provides direct leadership to team members, promotes a high-performance culture, and collaborates cross-functionally to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns and drives the operational success of the Operations Team, ensuring all activities are executed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
- Develops, implements, and continuously improves policies, procedures, and best practices that align with company objectives.
- Provides direct leadership and oversight to Operations team members, ensuring accountability, performance, and alignment with department goals.
- Partners with senior leadership to address personnel matters, staffing needs, and departmental planning.
- Oversees performance management, coaching, and development for the MIC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
- Leads by example by maintaining a strong floor presence and a deep understanding of MIC processes, with the ability to step in operationally when necessary.
- Ensures all team members are trained in accordance with safety standards and oversees the department’s compliance with all safety programs and regulations.
- Analyzes performance metrics, identifies root causes of issues, and implements corrective actions to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce errors.
- Develops staffing plans, adjusts labor allocation as needed, and ensures service level agreements (SLAs) and other key deliverables are consistently met.
- Utilizes problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Leads daily and weekly meetings, disseminates key communications, and ensures alignment with broader organizational priorities.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Customer Success, and HR.
- Champions a culture of accountability, quality, and customer focus across all MIC operations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or MIC operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in quality control, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable managing complex, multi-task environments and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
