Anker Solix makes some of the most innovative portable power stations, and the brand's lineup just expanded to include the Solix S2000. This model is focused on home backup should the power cut out. It has a 2,010Wh capacity that Anker says will keep the refrigerator running for up to 35 hours. The rear-facing AC outlets make plugging the refrigerator into the station simple and leaves the forward-facing ports open for your phone charger, a lamp, the coffee maker, and plenty more.
