Writer/director Boots Riley (Sorry to Bother You and I'm A Virgo) made his return to the big screen in 2026 with another clever genre-bender. I Love Boosters is an "unabashedly anti-capitalist satire that's star-studded and outrageously fun," writes Mashable's reviewer. It's only June, but it's already cracked our list of the best films of the year.

When we say star-studded, we really mean it. The cast includes Keke Palmer, Naomi Ackie, Demi Moore, Don Cheadle, Taylour Paige, Poppy Liu, Eiza González, Will Poulter, and LaKeith Stanfield.

As quite the sleeper hit of the season, you might've missed it in theaters. That's alright — now's your chance to catch it on the small screen. Here's everything you need to know to watch I Love Boosters at home.

What is I Love Boosters about?

I Love Boosters follows a group of women called the Velvet Gang, led by Corvette (Palmer). The Velvet Gang are what is known as "boosters," a group that steals designer clothes from high-end retailers and resells them at low prices to their community. The Velvet Gang calls it "fashion-forward philanthropy," but fashion designer Christie Smith (Moore) sees it as theft from "low-class urban bitches."

"From there, the Velvet Gang steps up their game with the help of some new allies, who are less interested in reselling designer duds than in kick-starting a workers' rights movement against Smith's sweatshop industry," writes Mashable Entertainment Editor Kristy Puchko in her review.

I Love Boosters opened in theaters on May 22, 2026. If you missed out, no biggie; it's now officially available to watch at home in a couple of different ways just a month later. As of June 23, 2026, you can buy it or rent it. You'll also be able to stream it at a later date. See the details below.

Buy or rent on digital

The Neon film officially makes its at-home debut via video-on-demand retailers on June 23, 2026. You can purchase I Love Boosters for your own digital library or rent it for 30 days.

Here are some quick links to buy the film on digital:

Stream it on Hulu (at a later date)

While there has been no exact streaming date revealed yet for I Love Boosters, we know that, as a Neon film, it will make its debut on Hulu. It's hard to predict when it will join the Hulu library, as Neon films don't always follow a strict schedule. But we can assume it will be later this summer. Stay tuned.

Hulu subscriptions start at $11.99 per month, but there are a few different ways you can save. We've rounded up the best ongoing Hulu streaming deals below.

The best Hulu streaming deals

Best Hulu deal for most people: Hulu annual subscription

$119.99 per year (save $23.89)

The best way to cut back on the cost of a Hulu subscription is to opt for an annual plan instead of a monthly plan. You'll pay for a year up front for $119.99 instead of $143.88, which knocks the monthly cost to $9.99 per month when you break it down. That's about 16% or just shy of $24 in savings. It's not the biggest discount ever, but every dollar counts in this economy.

Best bundle deal: Get Hulu and Disney+ for 50% off

$11.99 per month (save $11.99 per month) for six months

One of the best deals in the streaming world is Disney's bundle plan, and for a limited time, you can sign up for a six-month subscription to both for only $11.99 per month (reg. $12.99 per month). That means you'll get one streaming service completely for free for six months. After the six-month promotional period, the price bumps up to a dollar more per month, which is still a pretty epic deal.

Best for students: Hulu Student

$1.99 per month (save $10 per month)

College students can knock 83% or $10 off per month on a Hulu with ads subscription. Sign up through the Hulu Student promotional page and verify your college email address via SheerID. Then the price will drop from $11.99 to just $1.99 per month. The deal is valid as long as your student status can be verified.

Best for T-Mobile users: Hulu (with ads) free for select customers

free for select T-Mobile customers

Aside from the free trial, the only way you can get Hulu for free in 2026 is through T-Mobile's Go5G Next and Experience Beyond plans (you'll also get Netflix for free and Apple TV+ for $3). If you're already on one of these plans, head over to the T-Mobile promo page and choose "redeem now" to claim the offer. Just enter your T-Mobile number and account details to sign up for Hulu.
