At BookCon 2026, the festival closed out with a panel on page-to-screen adaptations, with "Project Hail Mary" author Andy Weir joined by Emily St. John Mandel ("Station Eleven"), May Cobb ("The Hunting Wives"), and Robinne Lee ("The Idea of You") to discuss successful adaptations and welcoming change.
