2015/8/26 11:02:03 ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
方案：
设置系统环境变量。
在用户变量里添加：
变量名：TNS_ADMIN
变量值：D:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN
