There is a kind of bird who can fly ten  thousands of miles across The Pacific Oecan .what it needs is a small twig .It take the twig in its mouth as it flies  .when it fell tired ,it drops the twig onto the water and then hold the twig resets for a while .when  hungry ,it stands to catch fish .when sleepy  it stands on the twig to sleep  .
     who can imagine a bird fly across the Pacific sussefully just depending on a small twig .
     if the bird took the all things like nest ,food  and other things needed in the flying rather than a twig .can the bird fly up?
     if you ask too much conditions to your success. even the best condition will turn to be his burden like the gold tied to the wings .
     success is to create the conditions when needed  just like the bird flies accross the pacific ocean just by a simple  tiwg to base itself on for survival and flight !         有一种鸟，它能飞行几万里，飞越太平洋，而它需要的只是一小截树枝。它把树枝衔在嘴里，累了把那树枝扔到水面上，然后飞到树枝上休息一会儿，饿了它就站在那截树枝上捕鱼，困了它就站在那截树枝上睡觉。

        如果小鸟在嘴里衔的不是树枝，而是把鸟窝，食物等旅途中所需的用品，一股脑的全带在身上，那小鸟还飞得起来吗？
        如果一味的苛求成功的条件，再好的条件也会成为一种负担，成为绑在翅膀上的黄金。
        成功就是在没有条件时去创造，就像那种飞越太平洋的小鸟靠一小截简单的树枝立足，生存和飞翔。
