大家好，我 openai api 账户绑定了 google pay ，设置了余额低于 5 美元自动充值为 10 美元，前几次都成功扣款了，这次突然出现扣款失败了，失败邮件如下:

Please review your payment method, and manually purchase more credits or re-eneable auto-recharge.
