This morning I was going to open GPT Pro, but oyunfor kept showing "paytr_token not sent or invalid" for some reason. So I went to turgame and bought a small amount of 2000 lira first. It was very slow (about 10+ minutes) but successful.

For the rest, I thought I'd buy in bulk, so I placed an order for 7250 Turkish Lira, which is equivalent to over 1,000 RMB.

Then came the desperation!! 5 hours later, the order was still "Processing". I submitted a ticket, and the customer service replied with some perfunctory responses like "we're handling it...", "as soon as possible...", "sorry..." and then immediately closed my ticket. I thought, just wait a little longer.

It's after work, 10 hours have passed, and it's still "Processing"!! Then I replied again and reopened the ticket, but the customer service just stopped responding...

I just searched for reviews on Trustpilot and found that many people are in the same situation as me, some even didn't receive their keys nor get a refund...

The lesson learned:

1. Read more reviews before purchasing

2. When ordering later, place orders one by one
