Claude Code does a good job in development experience, but it has a lot of built-in cloud service logic. I made a streamlined version, MiniClaude, which retains 100% core functionality and removes all unnecessary parts.

Differences from Claude Code

• Removed OAuth, telemetry, settings sync, team collaboration, rate limiting, experimental features (-92,000 lines)
• Does not rely on Anthropic cloud services; API Key directly connected
• Supports multiple Providers: DeepSeek / Kiro reverse proxy / any OpenAI-compatible endpoint
• Added /provider command for hot-switching between multiple Providers without restart
• Enable ENABLE_PROMPT_CACHING_1H for 1-hour cache TTL
