·         3+ experience with web application developing

·         2+ experience with project management

·         Experience with Agile, Waterfall

·         Expert SQL Server 2005 (SSIS,SSRS,SSAS)

·         In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, XML, Web Service

·         Strong Problem Solving, troubleshooting and Learning technology very quickly

·         Good communication skills.

·         Good oral English skills and own capability of conf call with American customer

开发主管：

·        2+ years of SQL Server 2005 (SSIS,SSRS,SSAS)

·         3+ years of Software Development Experience

·         3+ years of solid Javascript, XML, ASP.Net, C# and .NET development experience.

·         3+ SQL development and design experience with SQL Server, including writing efficient t-sql queries and ensuring performance optimization.

·         Deep knowledge of Web Services/WCF, Middle-tier

·         Excellent understanding of software architectures and development lifecycle.

·         Strong ability to implement Object Oriented solutions and writing secure code.

·         Team-based development experience is a requirement.

·         Familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code reviews, and other common development activities.

·         Experience in n-tier architecture.

·         Good oral English skills and own capability of conf call with American customer
