·         3+ SQL development and design experience with SQL Server, including writing efficient t-sql queries and ensuring performance optimization.

·         Deep knowledge of Web Services/WCF, Middle-tier

·         Excellent understanding of software architectures and development lifecycle.

·         Strong ability to implement Object Oriented solutions and writing secure code.

·         Team-based development experience is a requirement.

·         Familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code reviews, and other common development activities.

·         Experience in n-tier architecture.

·         Good oral English skills and own capability of conf call with American customer

4.PM

As a program manager, you will work the Medici feature team and manage an outsourced team to develop a key piece of technology of Medici on a selected embedded device.   You will first understand the feature requirement of the component and work with the outsourced team to implement on the embedded device. You will act as a liaison between the Medici team in Beijing and the outsourced team and make sure the outsourced team is on track.   You manage the outsourced project by making sure they deliver according to the various checkpoints within schedule and quality and proactive unblock any outstanding issues. You will work with the Medici feature team during this period to further develop the specification, based on the experience on the integration with the embedded device, into a complete draft for future work. By working with the outsourced team, you will help guard to make sure the outsourced team is working properly regarding to the project team’s open source plan and other legal limitations. You will also be asked to work with US team and vendors to perform test and future implementations in US environment.

This position requires an experienced program manager or project manager who can work independently with little supervision.    Required skills include strong project management skills, excellent organization skills and a strong technical background, particularly in development on embedded platform running Linux. You need to understand internet, web and wireless network technologies, software development life cycle as well as the have the ability to pick up new technologies quickly. You should have a track record of managing outsourced teams, shipping products with quality and dealing with open source particularly GPL issues.   You need to possess the ability to manage project quality from end-to-end testing to component testing to code quality and have the ability to examine source code for project acceptance. The ideal candidate should have past experience in software development on embedded device plus 3+ years experience in managing software projects.    It is highly desirable that you have experience and can demonstrate ability to collaborate with US team in testing, deployment and future development.
