Required skills:

·         3+ years experience writing HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX

·         Must be experienced creating table-less layouts

·         Experience converting raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML templates

·         Ability to create image slices / clusters from PSD files

·         Familiar with ASP.NET web page development and could work closely with ASP.NET developers.

Preferred skills:

·         Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

·         Experience with accessibility requirements and Page Load Time optimization

·         Experience working for Microsoft

2.BI工程师

·         2+ years of SQL Server 2005 (SSIS,SSRS,SSAS)

·         3+ SQL development and design experience with SQL Server, including writing efficient t-sql queries and ensuring performance optimization.

·         Deep knowledge of Web Services/WCF, Middle-tier

·         Excellent understanding of software architectures and development lifecycle.

·         Strong ability to implement Object Oriented solutions and writing secure code.

·         Team-based development experience is a requirement.

·         Familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code reviews, and other common development activities.

·         Good oral English skills and own capability of conf call with American customer

4.PM职位

·        Skilled at feature design and can work with dev directly on implementing component level feature with the instruction from the PM lead

·         Good at project management, familiar with different development model. Can help drive the project process and schedule of a small to medium size feature team.

·         Familiar with online service development such as B/S structure, SOA and good technical understand of .NET, XML, SOAP and database technology. feel comfortable to work on feature level technical discussion with team members.

·         Minimum two year work experience as program management or project manager (need to have previous SDE experience if only doing project management work recently)

·         Familiar with Microsoft process and development methodology is preferred 

·         Good English skill especially written is required.
