问题：弹出的模式层不在页面正中间，而是在灰色背景的最下面，需要滚动页面才能看到（至少IE8下这样）

解决办法：修改AjaxControlToolkit源码，脚本文件是ModalPopupBehavior.debug.js

第129行：

修改为：
