碰到这种问题，通过查看 程序集加载跟踪 有助于问题的解决，从31到40行程序在不断寻找FreeTextBox程序集，但都没找到，c:/inetpub/wwwroot/FTB/肯定没有bin，建一个旧会解决问题。
在iis中配置网站的时候给含有bin的目录创建应用程序,一般都能解决问题.
