SQL Server 2008 Management Studio

在我們 re-design Table後，準備儲存時會跳出這個視窗 

這是一項在運營階段是保護功能

不過在開發階段就是痛苦來源

所以在開發時可修改 Management Studio 
Tools -> Options -> uncheck "Prevent saving changes that require table re-creation" 即可
