打完SharePoint 2010 SP1补丁后，发现访问服务应用程序里的User Profile Service 应用程序 User Profile Service Application 也就是（/_layouts/ManageUserProfileServiceApplication.aspx?ApplicationID=xxxxxx）时“发生意外错误”。查看LOGS后发现：
UserProfileServiceImportStatisticsWebPart:LoadControl failed, Exception: System.MissingMethodException: 找不到方法:“Boolean Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfileImportJob.get_IsSynchronizationRunning()”。
在msdn SharePoint 2010论坛上找到了解决办法，原来是需要打Auguet 2010 CU补丁。

打完补丁重新启动计算机，再次打开User Profile Service Application，终于可以访问了。
