Prime Day is the gift that keeps on giving. I keep finding myself stumbling upon a new deal and declaring it “the best deal yet,” but Amazon keeps rolling out straight heat. I’ll cool off on the declarations for now, but this one is in the same vein.
The best budget frame TV in our annual rankings, the TCL NXTVISION, just got even more affordable. For a limited time, Amazon is discounting TCL’s sleek, versatile set by over 40 percent. Even better? Both the 65-inch and 55-inch units are seeing massive price cuts.
The first thing that jumps out about TCL’s flagship Frame TV? Its design. The magnetic wooden frame is eye-catching, and at 1.1 inches deep, it’s one of the thinnest frame TVs you’ll find. It sits flush against the wall, and in art mode, it’s indistinguishable from a real portrait at first glance. The wall mount and bezel are both included, which isn’t always the case with the latter.
Looking cool is great; performing well is a whole different animal. The NXTVISION does both well. The anti-glare screen is effective in two ways: it lets you watch TV without unwanted reflections and sun glare, and in art mode, it helps maintain a paper-like appearance for a more convincing art look.
Its 120Hz refresh rate is in line with some of the best frame TVs on the market, such as Samsung’s The Frame, and it’s perfect for most, if not all, applications. We also love that the curated art gallery comes complimentary, and you can easily upload your own personal collection through a dedicated mode.
Finding a good frame TV for under $600 is next to impossible. Luckily, through Prime Day, all things are possible. Run to this deal.
